Army Excellence in Leadership (AXL)
The AXL project at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies is aimed at supporting the acquisition of tacit knowledge of interpersonal military leadership issues through the development of compelling filmed case studies and interactive training technologies.
Objectives
--Accelerate the development of Army leaders who need:
